WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Workhouse are happy to take back any products that come from stock and have not been made especially to your specification. items such as upholstery or the partition cannot be returned. please contact us with any queries or see our terms and conditions. Collection of unwanted products will be charged for.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES OR YOU ARE SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery . We will assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. Please check the goods on delivery and write on the delivery note any damage to packaging or the goods themselves. Photos will help us with our evaluation.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Upholstery made to your specification can be cancelled within 7 days of the order being placed. Partition order cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any design fees will be charged for.
All other items can be cancelled prior to despatch. Please read our terms and conditions for more information on returns, refunds and collections costs.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used to place your order. Please see the table below for how long it typically takes. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.

CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?
Changes cannot usually be changed once the order has been placed. Please contact us for more information.
